- What types of baked goods do you offer?
We specialise in high-quality, hand-crafted cakes, cupcakes, brownies and blondies, cookies, loaded desserts, and bespoke celebrational cakes. Every item is made with care to ensure the best possible product for our customers.
- Can I place custom or bespoke orders?
Yes! Bespoke orders, such as wedding cakes, birthday cakes, or other special bakes, can be placed via our contact page or social media. Standard products can be ordered directly through the product pages.
- How far in advance should I place my order?
Standard baked goods: 2 weeks’ notice for fresh baking.
Custom cakes: 3–4 weeks in advance.
Large or elaborate cakes (e.g., wedding cakes): 4–6 weeks preferred.
We’ll always try to accommodate shorter notice for a small additional charge if possible.
- How can I collect or receive my order?
We offer free collection from our bakery or local delivery at an additional cost. For other regions of the UK, delivery is available depending on courier guidelines. Delivery times vary: next-day for local areas or 2–3 days for some regions.
- Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but some products cannot be altered once production has started. Last-minute changes may not be possible if baking or decorating has begun.
- What is your refund policy?
Refunds are only offered in limited circumstances:
Within 12 hours of placing the order.
If damage occurs during production or delivery.
If delays occur, we may provide compensation rather than a full refund, as the product will still be delivered.
- Do you cater for dietary requirements or allergens?
Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, and gluten, so we cannot guarantee any product is completely free from allergens.
We can try to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, milk-free, or gluten-free requests on an individual basis—please contact us to discuss your needs.
All products are clearly labelled with ingredients, allergens, storage, and shelf life information.
- How should I store my baked goods?
Most products: store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight; shelf life is up to 14 days.
Some products require refrigeration and should be consumed within a few days.
Every product comes with specific storage instructions.
