Welcome to OG’s Bakery!

OG’s Bakery was founded by our executive pastry chef, Owen Gosling, on 11th August 2023, when he was just 15, almost 16. What began as a passionate hobby quickly grew into a mission: to share the joy of baking with the world, one hand-crafted bake at a time.

We started small, creating cakes for family and friends. Their enthusiasm and recommendations helped our reputation grow through word of mouth, while social media brought in the occasional order. Every step of the way, we’ve learned, adapted, and grown. Mistakes happen, but they’ve only strengthened our commitment to improve and deliver the best possible experience for our customers.

As we’ve grown, we’ve expanded our reach through pop-up stalls, events, and social media, sharing not just our bakes, but also the process behind them. We love showing our community how our creations come to life, building trust, connection, and loyalty along the way.
